Pedigree file

1. replace "0' with "." in the pedigree file (founders) using sed and double-check using grep
2. find
   • individuals with duplicate records
     • delete duplicate records
   • individuals appeared as both sires and dams
3. compare two sparse numerator relationship matrices with diffrent orders of ID using Julia
   • identical or not
