This adds a trait for the device features.
For now this isn't utilized but should hopefully be a good foundation going forward.
Also added some missing dependencies for the cli. Perhaps in the future we should add a separate group for the cli. so users can do pip install roborock[cli] and any dependencies that are cli specific don't clutter up the normal dependencies.
