Cut a v0.7.0 section from Upcoming. The bump (over 0.6.7) is warranted by: - new piecewise sub-API surface (add_piecewise_formulation, breakpoints, segments, Slopes, tangent_lines, PiecewiseFormulation), - new variable methods (fix/unfix, relax/unrelax) and semi-continuous variable type, - coord-alignment semantics change for subset/superset operands, - breaking dependency change: google-cloud-storage and requests are now optional (linopy[oetc] extra).
