Normal installation, 65K colors only, Small installation
CD image converted with CHDtoOGG (quality level -q9)
Installed 1.11 and 3dfx patches

DOSC

Auto start
Sound Blaster 16 config
High and low resolution + 3dfx options
cpu_year: 1995 (for 3dfx)
