-Moved transform code over to eigin library. -Set up transform to accept all 3 axes of rotation and coordinates to make it more portable/future-proof. -Can't find Sanjay and Millan but they should be co-authors (github can't find their names).
Translations should be negative for coordinate transform. Sanjay and Millan should be co-authors.
