The idea is to include README docs for each example, to better explain what's going on and to give some context.
As the repo was designed to be used while I'm mentoring someone, most of the info will be verbally communicated. If someone wanted to use this demo without me talking to them (I won't be offended) then enhanced annotations in the compose files would take over.
