Bumps the pinned SHA of PostHog/.github reusable workflows from
d2e7c952tob6cef416.The old SHA predates PostHog/.github#40 which SHA-pinned the internal
actions/create-github-app-tokenandactions/github-scriptcalls. The org-wide 'Require actions to be pinned to a full-length commit SHA' policy applies inside reusable workflows too, so any workflow stillpinning the old SHA fails at runtime.
