All access info is stored in Google docs, and "transferring" is as easy as g iving permission to the new hosts. Some important resources of note:
- Twitter (@ploneconf)
- Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/PloneConf)
- Google Profile (Google+): See kapanka for notes on this. The account is currently blocked because it was originally set up with a number in the name (2011). It's currently suspended but some probing would probably get this all fixed up.
- Drop Box has all of the designs and mockups, media, just about everything wrt design
- Gmail (*@ploneconf.org). Mail routing settings are currently with Spankys DNS but should be transferred to the foundation. Important emails were left in labels/boxes but feel free to delete whatever you like. Maybe of interest is the FAQ folder to address things before people ask.
- Ploneconf.org domain. Same as gmail and needs to be transferred. Hosting needs to be discussed - ping eleddy about this.
- Github has all of the code for 2010 and 2011. This page is on that site.
- #ploneconf irc channel notes.
- Mail Chimp has all of our mailing lists. They were obsessively groomed this year so please go there first to start sending out announcements. You'll see lists of speakers, attendees, sponsors, and everything your heart desires. The way it works are a bit weird but a quick tutorial on subgroups and you are off.
- Sched.org hosted the schedule this year. It wasn't perfect but it was good enough to recommend for next year. There is a discount for returning customers.
