…l tests (including TestFundamentals) with the --disable-inference flag. The boot test was redundant - it was running the same tests twice, just with a filter.
Rename .plx to .mthds and update VS Code file associations for the MTHDS standard migration. Remove legacy AI-assistant rule files (.blackboxrules, .cursor/, .windsurfrules.md, copilot-instructions, AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, CHANGELOG.md) and add .pipelex/ config directory.
