This is largely based on @zao's work in 7f48a16 but updated to a later commit. A lot of the msvcbuild.bat file had changed, so there may be more we can alter in there to better support our debugging symbols, but the same ones we exported before still export, at least.
The one thing this doesn't include that PoB needs is p.lua and v.lua. There may be an automated way to package those up for inclusion in
runtime/lua/jit, but I left them out for now and we'll manually copy them over from the LuaJIT repo.
