I added a PR template which has a section on AI disclosure (copied from Pixi - which I thought had a good section on that). Let me know what you think.
We may want to consider adapting our AI policy to be a bit more descriptive (i.e., disallowing AI generated text in issue trackers and PR descriptions). We can follow Xarray which I think has a good proposal pydata/xarray#11257
