Added multiple github action yaml files

  • Fetch skins from Steam API
  • Fetch exported game files (given a vm running a testing server) & running a merge python script to get an up to date JSON of all
    avaliable run skins
  • Glossary Scripts Executed in their own yaml file on every commit
