This doesn't work when rendered by Hugo. You can include pictures in this form instead:

I would use the title from the LinkedIn post "OpenRail Day @Paris — Highlights from the first edition"
| * and numerous meetings between railway, digital and open-source stakeholders from several countries. | ||

| 🎤 Key insights from the day | ||
| * Jochen Decker outlined common challenges faced by railways everywhere and the potential of open source to address them. |

When I look at the rendered version, I think maybe it would be good to put the names in bold, so that they stand out a bit. The people being at the event were the most important aspect, after all.

We should use consistent capitalization for the names, so it would be "Davenne" here, same for Fatima in the section about the panel.

I added some comments and change suggestions.
I would also recommend to open separate pull requests for each news item.

This should not be the LinkedIn short link, but the actual target: https://osrd.openrailassociation.org/

These need to use the paths relative to the website, not to the local file system (e.g. /images/openrailday/roundtable.jpg).
For better readability I would also suggest to put each image on its own line.
