Template selection sets allow to easily switch between different sets of visibilities for the map and templates. Template selection sets are saved to and loaded from the map file in a backward compatible way. Closes OpenOrienteering#2332 (Template selection sets).
Remove F4 for enabling/disabling the overprinting simulation.
