Merges the upstream OSG multiview branch (merged into the new_master branch), and two fixes i made for it ( !1222 and !1223 ).

This pulls in the upstream new_master branch up to oct 8 2021, since that's when i branched off my own changes.

@madsbuvi I am sorry, does this MR mean that the main osg 3.6 branch doesn't support Multiview? So that if I've built OpenMW with the osg 3.6, the multiview = true is effectively ignored, right?

And I wonder if multiview is still available in the regular build after this commit: OpenMW/openmw@0c15b40#diff-c0380ad8fc6e406e071c82aa2dec432fe5c02cbd62626cf89147b33e47abe3b2L137
