Add a generic volume information API and APFS partition type recognition to support APFS volumes.
The new
DMGVolumeInfostruct andbuildDmgWithVolumeInfo()entry point allow external libraries (like a future APFS helper) to provide filesystem metadata, decoupling the DMG writer from HFS-specific details. Extraction helpers were also updated to recognizeApple_APFSpartitions.
