Updates the FAST.Farm MD_shared reg-test for new initialization fix.
Adds a VIV test and a viscoelastic test for MoorDyn, both of these match the tests in MD-C introduced in FloatingArrayDesign/MoorDyn#295 which are based on the original verification work.
