fix:removed unexpected hello on ndashboard

Main changes explained:

• Removed unintended greeting text: Deleted the DropdownItem that rendered Hello {firstName} in the header user dropdown within CPHeader.jsx, which was causing the stray “hello” label above the ribbon bar on the Dashboard.
• Preserved existing header behavior: Kept the rest of the header structure, user menu, and navigation logic unchanged to avoid impacting other Community Portal flows.

How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install and ... to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. Verify Dashboard UI: Log in and navigate to the Community Portal Dashboard; confirm that no “hello” text appears above the ribbon/navigation bar.
