Main changes explained:

• Updated the Styling of the "Clear All" button
• Fixed the styling for date picker in dark mode to make it clearly visible

How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install and npm run start:local to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. log as admin user
5. navigate to /communityportal/activities
6. verify that the "Clear All" button is clearly visible and works as expected.
7. toggle to Dark Mode and re-verify the above.
