How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install and npm run start:local to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. login as any user
5. go to dashboard→ http://localhost:5173/communityportal
6. Check if Apply Filters and Clear Filters Buttons appear.
7. Apply Tomorrow/This Weekend/Online Filters.
8. Check if the results are displayed according to the filters.
9. Verify in both light and dark modes.
