Main changes explained:

• Added Pagination to the Activity List Component to display a max of 10 activities per page.

How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install and npm run start:local to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. login as any user
5. go to dashboard→ https://localhost:5173/communityportal/activities
6. Verify if the page loads a maximum of 10 activities in one page.
7. The next page and prev page buttons work.
8. Check in both light and dark modes.
