The metadata files had timestamps from December 2025, causing the production build's thin script to delete the images (removes images older than 14 days). Regenerating the metadata files with current timestamps ensures the images won't be removed during deployment. Also update the modDate in the MDX file to reflect that the page will now display properly with images. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

When the PR #2964 was merged, the screenshots were missing from the Production site, even those the images appeared to work locally.
Apparently, the build script ignores any images older than 14 days (which they were when the PR was merged), so this PR updates the timestamps to ensure that they get published correctly.
