Almost all the repository methods have the Obsolete warning for not using the overload with the CancellationToken

Projects with using Config-as-Code with GitHub connections fail to create releases as it doesn't know how to handle GitHub connections.
This PR updates
Octopus.Server.Clientto the latest version.As a result, the
PushMetadataCommandhad to be removed as we don't support package metadata anymore (it was converted to build information).
