Have added MOTOR_TEMP_SENSOR_FAULT to critical faults (bit 5)
To be Noted:
PRECHARGE_FLOATING_FAULT is defined in u_faults.c but is missing in vcu.json — but SHUTDOWN_FAULT exists in vcu.json but doesn't appear in u_faults.c.
lmk if these have any functionalities currently or will be needed in the future
