#3642 Enable typing for date field

Changes

Made date field type-able when adding purchase details for approved RR

Notes

Calendar still gets filled with typed date, clicking date field no longer opens date picker, and date no longer defaults to today when cleared

Test Cases

• Selecting date from calendar and then typing date works
• Empty date won't save and will error

When you type in a date into the field and open the calender, you cannot change the date on the calender. Good start though!
