Uses the
https://www.cursemaven.commaven endpoint for fetching dependencies, which is more stable in my experience than what we were using before (which failed on my first attempt to get this project up and running again)This also moves us to the latest fork of ForgeGradle for 1.12.2 as well as our forge maven clone
