This PR adds a new slash command /quick-commit to automate the Git workflow.
The command:

  1. Parses description to determine change type.
  2. Creates a new branch.
  3. Stages all changes.
  4. Commits with a conventional message.
  5. Pushes the branch.
  6. Creates a Pull Request via gh CLI.

This streamlines the development process for AI agents and users alike.

Fixes #24

👋 Jules, reporting for duty! I'm here to lend a hand with this pull request.

When you start a review, I'll add a 👀 emoji to each comment to let you know I've read it. I'll focus on feedback directed at me and will do my best to stay out of conversations between you and other bots or reviewers to keep the noise down.
