Adds a button to the Slack tactical report generation modal to support GenAI-assisted drafting.

Details

  • Refactors the tactical report Slack modal into a reusable code block to facilitate loading it multiple times with updated fields
  • Adds error messaging for unexpected issues both retrieving the associated incident and using the AI service to generate the associated report
