This crouch under obstacle wasted a lot of bot maneuver time, so I went and cut the connection under the horizontal support: 
For some reason, bots generally have a tough time traversing elevator shafts, especially when they can see a ghost carrier, so despite trying to tweak the drop down and climb connections, I ended up for now cutting the connections into this elevator shaft, though I kept the exit connections. 
The connections through this doorway were a bit awkward, so I tweaked the specificity of the connections going through this doorway, so that bots don't try to run diagonally through the doorway and get stuck. Before:
