In the context of some other orgs I have reviewed CoC drafts for, two things that might come up are:
- Lack of clarity of who reviews reports, which may relate to concerns about retaliation
- What is the appeals process, particularly in cases where there is an appeal regarding the decisions of one party and a request for a second opinion

Initial draft for a CoC
Partially inspired by the contributor covenant, but mostly based on research articles from the ACM on moderation.
First section is bascially a "why", to save people time if a discussion/argument about policy comes up, just point whoever has questions to that instead of wasting time on back and forth on things we've already agreed to, the second section is a bit more "how".
