Move 'display' block to new agc category
The compiler doesn't like it when the framework defines a NUM, and Blockly defines the same NUM.
Allows the web server to write to those files.
Also remove references to Glockenspiel and Music from borrowed code.
Reduce number of variables in Main.agc Support duplicate removal of negative numbers. Don't scan for numbers in test files.
