I noticed the starter kit is still based on Laravel 12 skeleton.
Upgraded the starter kit according to latest Laravel 13 dependencies and some syntax changes, seems like all is working properly, I haven't seen any dependencies broken or incompatible.
Also, prerequisite became
PHP 8.3instead ofPHP 8.2(and any other deeper prerequisites of Laravel 13 defaults).But also,
nativephp/mobileis now at3.3instead of3.0.
