CCM-12884 has the full context.
We need to update our 'Approve your messages before we send them' page to reflect the interim 'request a proof' process. Users must manually request proofs after they've created their final digital templates in web UI. There will be a new screen linked to from the template preview screens in web UI. For letters, our tech int team automatically start generating the proofs after users upload their letters using Service Now.
We also need to update the section on example custom personalisation data in 'Personalisation' as the Tech Int team are now generating the example data for proofs, rather than us requiring users to provide this. Users can provide their own example data if they want to.
Finally, we needed to update 'Upload a letter' to tell users to include the email address they want the proofs sent to in their Service Now request.
The content has been approved by our main subject matter expert in Tech Int.
