CCM-13320 further nav changes

Description

I have:

• changed the navigation titles - /features to /about, /pricing to /pricing-and-commercial
• changed the ordering of /get-started
• updated the meta data for the affected pages
• updated any links to these affected pages

Please double check the page navigation and breadcrumbs for the affected pages - thank you! I have checked this but want to be doubly sure none of the links are broken.

Context

Part of initial requirements to change the IA as detailed in CCM-13320.

Type of changes

• Refactoring (non-breaking change)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would change existing functionality)
• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)

• All the pages that are in a renamed section now need redirects, for example: docs/pages/features/api.md needs:
  redirect_from: /features/api
• breadcrumb.html still references the Features page.title and page.parent, but hasn't that been renamed to About?
