Register interest form V2

Description

This PR mainly makes content changes to the /get-started page to accommodate the second iteration of register your interest.

It also includes removal of content in 'non-accessible content' from /accessibility.

Context

Version 2 of the register interest form:

• uses the OOB categories as the main way prospects describe their use cases
• allows users to describe individual use cases not the needs of their entire organisation
• asks prospects about their readiness before they can register their interest
• rephrases certain questions to make it easier for prospects to answer
• splits the questions into more plain english manageable sections
• uses branching questions to only ask prospects questions that are relevant to them

Type of changes

• Refactoring (non-breaking change)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would change existing functionality)
• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)

Happy to approve - well done Jake! Your new form brings yet more great improvements!

After my initial 2i, Jake changed the H2 from 'before you start' back to 'check if…'. The rationale behind this is that the repetition of the word start was a bit confusing and contradictory.

We've said we may revisit:

• whether the subheadings need numbers
• whether we can remove the links to the legal docs, for brevity

New /get-started content looks great and can see that the button links to v2 of the form, opening in a new tab as expected.

The accessibility statement changes look good - these were requested by Alex as we've now addressed some of the non-compliance issues.
