Thermal coupling with Bonet formulation

Exploiting the possiblities of multiple dispatch.

After this PR, the thermal formulation (consistent with the 3rd law of thermo-dynamics) is abailable both for ThermoMechanical and ThermoElectroMechanical coupled models.
