Series Support

Displaying list of Series, with their races and leaderboards, similar to the web.

Features:

• Show series list and filter by "my", "popular" and "all"
• Display a Series detail (image, text, metadata, etc.)
• Show a Series' races list and leaderboards (pilot and chapter's)
• Allow organizers to submit any race to a Series (backend should match class, time window, etc.)
• Allow organizers to edit their Series

Improvements:

• Show "Later" instead of "Cancel" when being prompt to pay the race fee after joining.
