Also update the ubuntu runner to latest LTS (24.04) because 20.04 is now deprecated by github and the runner will refuse to run. |

If you change the Ubuntu version, you need to also update the wine version to match @ThomasFOG |

Unless I'm missing something, building SDL is unrelated to the Wine script. And the main repository is already on 24.04. This PR makes it on par. |
