- 完善 Spec：项目级 spec init/doctor + profiles + 状态自愈\n- Spec assets 支持 --branch 拉取，新增 LING_REPO_URL 便于测试/镜像\n- Spec status 文件级完整性校验 + orphan 检测\n- CI 改为 npm 矩阵（macOS/Windows/Ubuntu + Node 22/24），并在分支 push 时运行\n\n验证：npm test / npm run ci:verify / npm run health-check 全部通过；GitHub Actions 矩阵通过。
