Update devops.md: ADXAdminCommand@5, YAML samples, and authentication docs

Authentication guidance:

• Added notes and recommendations for using Workload Identity Federation (WIF) and Managed Identity for keyless authentication, including explicit mention that Kusto Fabric cluster URLs are not supported for WIF and Managed Identity. [1] [2]
• Clarified and expanded the authentication methods supported by the extension, emphasizing secure approaches and providing setup references.

Task options and usability:

• Documented the new option to wait for long-running asynchronous admin commands to complete by polling operation status, improving task reliability for complex deployments.
• Clarified that the single-line search pattern option supports multiple files when executing admin commands from a local agent folder.

Other updates:
