Within the instructions for students (ultimately HOL/AspNetApiSpa/README.htm), instruct the student to add an additional three 'using' directives to the TriviaController class.
This addresses 2 of the comments that I posted to the "TrivaDatabaseInitializer.cs missing from source code" issue on 2nd March 2016.
