Overview
Adds Stable network (eip155:988) ERC-20 token entries by introducing new metadata/...json files with name/symbol/decimals and logo references for several tokens (e.g., STABLE, LINK, frxETH/sfrxETH, frxUSD/sfrxUSD, USDT0, XAUT0, thBILL).

Includes new SVG logo assets for a subset of these tokens under icons/eip155:988/erc20:*, with the remaining metadata pointing to existing/expected .png icons.
