feat: Add Cookbook.dev Optimism Playground button to dAcademy #1772

Description

This PR adds a Cookbook.dev Optimism Playground button to the dAcademy QuestChainDisplay component, as requested in issue #1772.

Changes

• Added Cookbook.dev button to both mobile (IconButton) and desktop (Button) layouts in QuestChainDisplay.tsx
• Button opens the Cookbook.dev Optimism Playground in a new tab when clicked
• Positioned between the Boost (Coming Soon) and Share buttons for consistency

Testing

• Responsive design maintains button layout on mobile and desktop
• Button opens the correct Cookbook.dev URL in a new tab
• Follows existing button patterns and styling conventions
