Keep the True Ancestor thing, Noel likes to comment on vampires in this way in general, so I think its good you keep that part of her voice.

She's almost talking to herself, pretty lowkey in this instance.

She sounds weirdly cheerful when she says this, I think the emphasis on despise is unnecessary.

Because this word 霊峰 appears a bunch in A:E's FGO profile/lines, I've sort of figured out a bit better what the metaphor here is. It's like: "as white as a virgin mountaintop" or something. You know, since it has snow.

I think the 'ahead of me' part is quite integral to this sentence, since it's playing at the Red Arc vs Powered Ciel dynamic.
So while this probably needs to be rewritten, keep that aspect in it.

Arcueid uses her 'serious' voice against Roa, so maybe "Playing dead? Fitting." or something is more appropriate.

This feels like a misread of the line, though I do agree it probably needs changing.
Mario goes: "What the hell are you thinking going on a date?!"
and then Arcueid says "What am I thinking? Obviously I'm thinking about the date!" or something to that effect, completely misunderstanding why Mario would even ask that question to begin with. She sounds legitimately upset that he'd even ask something so obvious.
