<feature>[build]: register zr-agent in build aggregator

[ZStack-Robot]

Add plugin-premium/zr-agent to build/pom.xml so the all-in-one
assembly bundles the new MN Agent Gateway v1 plugin. Without this
the jar is built but not pulled into the distribution, leaving
ZRM HTTP calls unhandled on the MN side.
