…d array ops Add comprehensive micro-benchmarks for MirScalarExpr scalar function evaluation using the bencher crate. Covers ~400 functions across four bench targets: - bench_binary: arithmetic, bitwise, comparison, string, jsonb, date/time - bench_unary: casts, arithmetic, trig, string ops, hash, extract/datepart, timezone, pattern matching, range, ACL, collection ops - bench_variadic: logic, string, json, crypto, timestamp functions - bench_array: array/list create, contains, length, index, concat Uses MirScalarExpr::column() references to benchmark function eval without literal decoding overhead.
