Allows the name and/or series to be wrapped in quotes to do equality comparisons instead of LIKE comparisons.
Could help alleviate some of the search situations like
!search from Final Fantasy XIpulling up more series than just XI. Would be able to instead do this:!search from "Final Fantasy XI"Dunno if we would want to update the search command usage info.
