Why these changes are being introduced: EngX is working on a Lambda function (see tacos-detectors-lambdas) that will be deployed to AWS. Thus, we need an ECR repository to store the container for the Lambda. How this addresses that need: * Create a new ECR Repository for tacos-detectors-lambdas Side effects of this change: None.
