Thanks for the PR. I'm holding off on merging this for a bit. I need to consult the spec and decide if I'm okay supporting ill-formed files. I probably will be; I just need some time to consult the broken 2das and the 2da spec. |

Some 2da files (found xpbaseconst.2da, cloakmodel.2da) are inconsistent in header's file version and number of empty rows.
