Observações
Na tela de configuração o usuário pode escolher a cidade. As cidades cadastradas são:
-Joinville
-Criciúma
-Florianópolis
-Blumenau
-Bom Retiro
-Bombinhas
-Chapecó
Como o importante é a avaliação técnica não me preocupei em consumir uma api de endereços ou formatar o arquivo com uma grande base de cidades.
As notificações são geradas 10 segundos após o início da aplicação. Esse tempo pode ser configurado se desejado.
